不过可能有的系统版本没有该选项。
方案二：证书问题
路径：打开运行（win+r)，输入inetcpl.cpl，进入“Internet 属性” 选择”高级”，勾选红框内的选项：
- 使用SSL 3.0
- 使用TLS 1.0
- 使用TLS 1.1
- 使用TLS 1.2
- 使用TLS 1.3
